What is Coaching
ADHD and other brain-based challenges can make you feel like your brain is scattered or has 50 tabs open at any given time.
Coaching is a partnership where we focus on your forward momentum one tab at a time.
In coaching, we work together to help you
- stay focused on your goals
- face obstacles
- address executive function issues like time management, organization, working memory, planning
- develop strategies, systems and routines
- increase your self-esteem
- work more effectively and efficiently.

Can I Change through Coaching?
Yes.
Coaching can be the catalyst for you to embrace your naturally creative and resourceful self and effect change.
Coaching can be transformational.
It’s an opportunity to learn about your unique brain wiring and take steps to not only be more effective but also give yourself more grace.
How Often do we Meet?
Typically, we meet 3 sessions per month. I find that my clients like having a week off for integration, but we can arrange for weekly if you prefer. Of course, we both take vacations and will accommodate any days off needed.
We ask that cancelations be made 24 hours in advance but understand that sometimes emergencies come up.
How Long does the Coaching Process Take?
This depends on each client, but I find that for the best results we should meet for a minimum of 3 months.
