Our past clients who have been where you are right now

"I have projects and art goals I’ve not been able to wrap my head around for years.
The Power Planning Program helped get me in the chair to make the time to make the plan.
Catherine said “planning is a commitment to a priority.” She’s right!
I got clear on my values and priorities and put them in writing.
We met 1 to 1 to discuss ways to tackle the many declutter projects and make time for my art,
and how I can fit it into monthly, weekly and daily steps to bring it into reality, rather than stuck in the old pattern of action paralysis.
Now I’m taking action and bringing my vision to life!"
- Mandy H.

"The Power Planning Program was incredibly helpful!
I realized that I’ve been ignoring mindfulness and freedom, which is why I’ve been feeling out of balance.
The program has given me the awareness and tools to realign with what truly matters."
- Janice A

"Through the Power Planning Program I’ve learned so much about how to use ChatGPT effectively. It has been such a valuable tool for me in my planning.
This program also guided me in defining my core values–Learning, Connection, Health, and Transcendence–helping me create a clearer, more intentional path forward.
I’m truly grateful for this experience!"
- Summer V.

"Catherine’s Personalized Productivity Plan provided me with the tools, the structure, and the gentle support I need to set me up for a good year.
When I needed a little extra help with implementation, she supported me to integrate my planning into the tools I already use: Google Tasks and Google Calendar.
With wisdom and kindness, she helped me break down the big tasks into smaller bites, arrange my day in a way that worked for my brain, and streamline my physical space to support my focus.
This work helped me to get through some unexpected challenges with patience and optimism. Thank you Catherine!"
- Elizabeth W.
Hi I'm Catherine!
I'm a former Queen of Clutter, recovering Type-A Wall Streeter, Neurozesty, and Certified Neurodiversity Coach, who always thought I was just managing me and everything that was wrong with me.
Imagine how much less lazy, stupid, broken, crazy I felt when I discovered at the ripe old age off 55 that I have ADHD!
I’ve been there—feeling overwhelmed, scattered, and always playing catch-up. But here's the truth: you shouldn’t have to struggle so much. There’s nothing wrong with you. Your brain just works differently, and that’s where your strength lies.
Once I learned to stop fighting against my brain and instead leaned into systems that actually worked for me, everything changed. Now, I'm passionate about helping other neurozesty people—like you—embrace your unique wiring and unlock your true potential.
The Power Planning Midyear Reset workshop is designed specifically for neurodiverse brains. You’ll learn simple, ADHD-friendly strategies to help you gain control of your time, reduce overwhelm, and finally feel that sense of calm and accomplishment you deserve.
Let’s build a life where your calendar works with you, not against you!
