Unraveling the Time Management Puzzle: Navigating ADHD Executive Function Challenges
Help me Manage my Time
See what clients say..

"I just wanted to acknowledge the feeling of gratitude that washed over me as I walked into this room (home office) just now.
A mostly clear desk and nothing on the floor.
I have come so far in just two months with your help guiding me to manage my stuff and get my sh*t together.
This has been three years now of getting nowhere, til now! Finally...progress!
Thank you so much. Grateful.
Working with Catherine has helped get me through the hurdles of not knowing where to start.”
- Mandy Hanigan

"Every time I walked by my office or had to search for something I would become very irritated. The lack of ease to enter or leave my office weighed heavily on my psyche.
Utilizing a system suggested by Catherine, I filed and immediately had an energy shift. I restructured my office which created flow and ease. I created a sanctuary with an altar on my filing cabinet. My clients immediately commented on the serenity upon entering.
Working with Catherine breathed new life into me and moved my business forward. She ensured my needs were being recognized and my desires were being met beyond my wildest expectations. For me, this experience was life-changing."
- Veronica Cole

"Working a full-time job and running a non-profit has left me little time for organizing my office, which has a negative impact on my ability to focus.
Working with Catherine has helped me understand that I need to embrace my personal time and space management characteristics to develop an organizational style that will clear the clutter and improve my workflow.
Customizing a plan for my office has provided the first step to becoming more efficient in my work-life, leading to an increase in productivity and some much needed downtime."
