Imagine an optimized email management system

  • Increased Productivity: A tidy inbox means you can find what you need when you need it, leading to more efficient workdays.
  • Reduced Stress: Knowing that your inbox is under control can significantly reduce your overall stress levels.
  • Enhanced Focus: With fewer distractions, you can devote your energy to the tasks that truly matter.

"I am so very grateful for the kind, supportive and non-judgemental attitude you present when working together. You helped me feel comfortable with my not knowing and my confusion whether it was organizing my email or another computer system.

Over time, I actually found myself thinking “I wonder how this would work?” to “Maybe I can figure it out?” to “Oh, that was so easy!: That was a huge jump for me.

Your guidance has been instrumental in my ability to move forward and overcome my fear of anything remotely related to computers!"

  • You're constantly drowing in emails and have no idea how to get started.
  • You have a uniquely wired brain and need strategies that work with it not against it.
  • You're motivated to try some new strategies to clear and maintain your inbox.

This Is Not for You If:

  • Your inbox is already perfectly organized and you don't need any help with it.
  • You think the only perfect inbox is inbox zero (psst...it's not)
  • You don't have an inbox and are communicating via telepathy.

"Working a full-time job and running a non-profit on evenings and weekends has left me little time for organizing my office. Clutter accumulates and has a negative impact on my ability to focus.

Working with Catherine has helped me understand that I need to embrace my personal time and space management characteristics to develop an organizational style that will clear the clutter and improve my workflow. Her insight into my organizational "personality traits" was fascinating and right on point.

Customizing a plan for my office has provided the first step to becoming more efficient in my work-life, leading to an increase in productivity and some much needed downtime.

Thank you Catherine!""
